Bulbul'e Kelom, Oshiq sedow er

Sawol may Pers (Don’t ask such a question)!

Jawob'i dem ti pʉrut, tʉ ʒeng sawol may pers
Ẓ̌ʉ ruy'e rang tayin, tʉ yem ẓ̌ʉ hol may pers

The answer is in front of you; don’t ask me such an innocent question
Look at the color of my face, don’t ask how I feel!

De maktab'et ki joyetk, yi loy ẓ̌ʉ ruy bay joy
ʒaqiq gelec ko xama, ẓ̌ʉ č̣ezm e ẓ̌uy bay joy
ẓ̌ʉ ruy'e rang tayin, tʉ yem ẓ̌ʉ hol may pers
Jawob'i dem ti pʉrut, tʉ ʒeng sawol may pers

If you have gone to a school, why don’t you study my face?
Why don’t you come a bit deeper and study the lake of my eyes?
Look at the colour of my face, don’t ask how I feel!
The answer is in front of you; don’t ask me such an innocent question

De Ishq'e hell em niyeng, ti yod e molisht ta δur
Ra δure'ṣ̌ wezay yiγ̌un, tʉwe’ṣ̌ ẓ̌ʉ mol e ẓ̌ʉmur
Shʉpune'ṣ̌ pers bay nai, nai i tʉ’ṣ̌a, nai nʉvʉr
Shʉpun'e fikr be car, ẓ̌ʉ mol e hol may pers
Jawob'i dem ti pʉrut, tʉ ʒeng sawol may pers

I am sitting in the pasture of love, your memories are grazing all over valley (like sheep and goat)
You come to the valley, but only to look after your own memories
You never ask of the lonely and lost shepherd
Also think about the shepherd, don’t just care for yourself
The answer is in front of you; don’t ask me such an innocent question
Look at the colour of my face, don’t ask how I feel!

Kesal'et gox’ht pemazxh tuway hayem no-iloj
Woze’ṣ̌ ẓ̌ʉ persn er wez, ajab'i yem ti riwoj
Ceng dem ti hijr'em rʉmetk, ẓ̌ʉ moh e sol may pers
Jawob'i dem ti pʉrut, tʉ ʒeng sawol may pers
Ẓ̌ʉ ruy'e rang tayin, tʉ yem ẓ̌ʉ hol may pers

You have infected me with an incurable disease
And then you come to inquire about my health?
Your traditions are so innocent, so strange
Don't ask me how painfully I have spent the years in my life without you
The answer is in front of you; don’t ask me such an innocent question
Look at the colour of my face, don’t ask how I feel!
